DWC uses the general conditions of Orgalime S 2000.

The general conditions defined in Orgalime S 2000 apply to the supply of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.

To return a defective DWC sensor mail dwc@dwc-el.dk or phone DWC and inform serial number, date of purchase and the problem on the item. The product must be shipped in original packing.

No products will be accepted for warranty without a serial number or a copy of the invoice.

This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, accident or misuse, lightning or damages due to any unauthorized service.

Terms of delivery: Ex works.(factory)
